You may cancel your order at any time before it has been packed or shipped from our warehouse. This policy applies to all items, including those purchased during sales. Any payments made will be refunded to the original payment method used at checkout.
To cancel an order, simply log in to your account, go to the “Order History” section, and select the “Edit or Cancel Order” option for the relevant order.
Modifying Your Shipping Address
You can update your shipping address as long as your order has not yet been processed (packed). To modify your address, log in to your account, navigate to “Order History,” and use the “Edit or Change Order” option.
How to Cancel Your Order
Log in to your account.
Go to the “Order History” section in the main menu.
Click on “Edit or Cancel Order.”
Select the item or order you wish to cancel.
Refund Process
Cash on Delivery (COD): No refund is necessary as payment has not been collected.
Prepaid Orders: For payments made by Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or Wallet, your refund will be processed to the original payment source within 7-10 business days from the time of cancellation.
