Delivery and Shipping Policy

Shipping Policy

At Steel Nest Decor, we are committed to delivering your purchases in excellent condition and as quickly as possible. Currently, we offer free standard shipping on all orders placed through steelnestdecor.com. Standard delivery typically takes 7-8 business days.

Order Cancellations, Lost, or Undelivered Orders

  • If your order is cancelled before shipping, lost in transit, or cannot be delivered to your location, you will receive a full refund, including any shipping charges paid online.

Returns and Return Shipping

  • If you return an order, return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
  • Accounts that violate our fair usage policy (frequent returns or non-acceptance of shipments) will be charged a delivery fee of Rs. 149 on all orders, regardless of order value.
  • Order value is calculated after applying discounts, taxes, and any other applicable charges.

Fair Usage Policy

We strive to provide the best shopping experience for all our customers. However, to prevent misuse of our flexible returns policy, accounts showing excessive returns or repeated refusal to accept shipments may:

  • Be charged a shipping fee of Rs. 149 on every order.
  • Have the Cash on Delivery (COD) option disabled.

This policy ensures fair access to our products for all customers.


Order Tracking

You can track your order status by logging into your account and navigating to the Order History section. Click on the specific order you wish to track, then select Track Order to view real-time updates.


Delivery Partners

All orders are shipped via trusted courier partners such as Blue Dart, FedEx, Aramex, and others to ensure safe and timely delivery.


Issues with Your Order

Received a Partial Order or Tampered Package?

If you receive an incomplete order or a package that appears tampered with, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Claims made after this period may not be accepted.

To help us resolve your issue quickly, please:

  • Do not use the item(s) in question.
  • Provide a brief description of the issue.
  • Share clear photos of the package and any affected items, especially areas that appear damaged or tampered with.
  • Retain all packaging for at least 3-4 days after delivery, as we may need to collect it for investigation.

Refunds for prepaid and COD orders will be processed after our investigation is complete.

Refunds May Not Be Issued If:

  • Adequate information or photographs are not provided.
  • The claim is made more than 24 hours after delivery for pilferage or tampered packages.
  • The item has been used after delivery.
  • The packaging has been disposed of before the investigation is complete.
